Canapés of mini lobster roll with citrus aioli and caviar and crispy brisket croquette. A surf & turf sharing platter of red prawns in citrus herb butter and beef tartare with toasted brioche. A creamy king crab bisque as a warm interlude. Then your choice of Prime Angus filet mignon (250g) or miso & maple glazed black cod, and red velvet & cheesecake with toffee pecan sauce to finish.
